On-call Program Management
APP staff works closely with the City to clarify scope, schedule, budget, deliverables and performance expectations. APP staff manages capital improvement projects (CIP) from inception through the design phase to the completion of the construction phase including the bidding and awarding processes. Tasks include requesting and reviewing proposals from on-call design consultants, processing purchase orders for selected design firms, managing the design phase, advertising for bids and awarding the project to a contractor including preparing the staff report to City Council for approval.
